Mastermind Groups

Mastermind Groups

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Margaret Mead

Similar to ‘Peer-group learning’ and to ‘think tanks’ Mastermind Groups are a profoundly powerful way to bring a group of like minded people together who wish to deal with and to find solutions to ¬†profoundly significant challenges and specific agreed outcomes. When they are designed, structured and delivered effectively,¬†a mastermind group generates ideas, connections and activities often far beyond the percieved capabilities of the group, such that ‘the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.’

Mastermind groups can be short, medium or long term ventures, depending on the nature of their challenges and agreed outcomes.
Over the years Alistair has been asked to facilitate a number of mastermind groups in strictest confidentially, due to the nature of the causes of the groups. These groups include:

  • A group of business owners working on a specific cause impacting many businesses
  • A group of lawyers wanting to inform the public of their legal rights
  • A group of doctors and scientists wanting to share specific scientific health information
